Lutheran Health Care Bangladesh-USA brings hope and promise to the women, children and families in rural southern Bangladesh through our support of Lutheran Health Care Bangladesh (LHCB). LHCB has a comprehensive health care facility located in the village of Dumki in southern Bangladesh. LHCB provides maternal and child health care, education, training of traditional birth attendants (midwives) and community development programs. The people in the surrounding villages are served through mobile health clinics and community outreach programs.
