Hope and promise for the women and children of southern Bangladesh
Lutheran Health Care Bangladesh-USA brings hope and promise to the women, children and families in rural southern Bangladesh through our support of Lutheran Health Care Bangladesh (LHCB). LHCB has a comprehensive health care facility located in the village of Dumki in southern Bangladesh. LHCB provides maternal and child health care, education, community development programs, micro-savings group formation, safe water and improved sanitation projects. The people in the surrounding villages are served through mobile health clinics and community outreach programs.
