There are a total of 119 people on staff in Bangladesh: 18 in project administration, 51 in medical programs, and 50 in community development. There are 4 doctors, 13 nurses and 7 nursing aids on staff at the hospital and mobile clinics, and 38 group organizers in the community development program.
