Give a Gift: School Children Health Education (SCHE)

LHCB developed a health care curriculum for primary school children in grades 3-5. The 8-week-long course teaches the children about health and hygiene, nutrition, safe water, sanitation, and immunizations. The SCHE progam has proven very effective in delivering health messages in the community. Each year LHCB reaches out to new communities and schools to teach the health care course and bring the message of improved health to more children and their families.
