Board Elects New Officers for 2008

The Board of Directors of LHCB-USA elected new officers at their April 10th meeting.... . The following were elected to a three-year term as officers of LHCB-USA: Dr. Karna Lunquist was elected as Board President. Joel Marty was elected as Vice-President. And Bill Scott, Jr. was elected as Secretary and Tresurer of the Board. Dr. Diane Petersen steps down as Board President and will serve out her term on the board as a Director. The three officers also serve as members of the Executive Committee. Other items of business included: dicussion on strategic planning process for the organization, updates from the Board committees and annoucement of the amount raised from the benefit concert April 5th at over $13,000. The Board next meets July 10th.
